Ausarian Tantra Yoga is a yogic protocol derived from the spiritual legacy of ancient Kemet (i.e. ancient Egypt). In other words, Ausarian Tantra Yoga is a yoga practice with a Kemetic flair. Essentially, the goal of all yoga practices is to manifest a more profound version of yourself in regards to health, mental well-being and self-awareness. Philosophically, to achieve this goal, in Ausarian Tantra Yoga one’s body and mind are viewed collectively as an energetic manifestation. Clearing one’s energy will promote health, mental being and self-awareness. In Ausarian Tantra Yoga, techniques that influence the energetic attributes of one’s being are emphasized.
Chakra awareness is a key aspect of Ausarian Tantra Yoga. Chakras are vortices of energy that not only power our being but balance various levels of life experiences as well. In addition to other techniques, flowing asana practiced is synch breathing and heart rate facilitate an energy flow that has a positive effect on the chakras.
This class will focus on flowing asana and specific breathing techniques that have a positive effect on the chakras.
